We ship fast from our warehouse in Waukesha, Wisconsin — every order ships within one business day. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
📦 Processing Time
We ship every order the next business day after it's placed. Orders placed Monday through Thursday ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the following Monday.
🚚 Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS for domestic orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.
💰 Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on US orders over $50
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $50 — calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- International shipping not available
🕒 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipping (not including the next-business-day processing time):
- USPS (US): 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control.

📦 Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see the email within 24 hours of your order shipping, check your spam folder or email us at info@booptowncollection.com with your order number and we'll track it down.
🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your property — sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots
- Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally get marked delivered before they actually arrive
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
